By downloading, installing, or using NewsNest ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

NewsNest is a news aggregation mobile application that curates and displays news articles from various publicly available third-party sources. The App provides personalized news feeds based on user-selected interest categories and city preferences.

All news articles, images, headlines, and media displayed in the App are sourced from third-party news publishers and providers. NewsNest:

• Does not create, author, or publish the news content displayed
• Does not claim ownership of any third-party content
• Does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of content
• Is not responsible for the views or opinions expressed in sourced articles

All rights to news content belong to their respective publishers and copyright holders.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App to distribute malware, spam, or harmful content
• Scrape, extract, or harvest data from the App for commercial purposes
• Attempt to interfere with the App's functionality or servers
• Use automated tools or bots to access the App
• Redistribute or resell the App or its content

5. Intellectual Property

The NewsNest app design, code, logo, and branding are the intellectual property of the developer. Third-party content displayed within the App remains the property of its respective owners.

6. Advertisements

The App displays advertisements through Google AdMob. Advertisement content is managed by Google and is subject to Google's advertising policies. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.

7. No Warranty

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Warranties regarding the accuracy of news content from third-party sources

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues arising from your use of the App.

9. Internet Connection

The App requires an active internet connection to fetch news content. Data charges from your mobile carrier may apply. We are not responsible for any charges incurred.

10. Updates and Changes

We may update the App from time to time to improve features, fix bugs, or comply with new requirements. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
